Cashmere Wearing & Care Guide

Cashmere is a natural animal fiber

· After wearing for a few days, remember to let it rest and air out

· Gently brush off dust after wearing

· Place in a cool, ventilated area to restore fiber elasticity

· Avoid continuous long-term wear

Cashmere Washing Guide

· Hand wash in cold water, do not wring dry or machine dry.

· Acceptable detergents (neutral detergent, shampoo, body wash, professional cashmere detergent).

· Do not use acidic or alkaline detergents.

· Water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.

· After adding detergent, soak for 10-15 minutes, then drain the water.

· Do not wash dark and light-colored clothes together.

* It is normal for a small amount of lint and fluff to appear in the water during the first wash.

Cashmere Drying Guide

·After draining, please lay flat to air dry in the shade.

·When drying light-colored garments, please turn the inside out and lay flat to dry on the reverse side to prevent yellowing of the surface.

·If ironing is required, the iron temperature must not exceed 150℃.

Cashmere Sweater Storage Guide

·Please ensure garments are washed and dried before storage.

`Package each garment individually in the original dust bag to effectively prevent moth damage.

·Do not hang for extended periods to avoid stretching and deformation.

·Do not store in damp places or areas exposed to direct sunlight.

Q: Will your cashmere sweaters pill?

A: The fabrics we use have undergone wear resistance and anti-pilling tests, and the actual performance is far superior to the testing standards. Cashmere is a natural fabric. During use, the nap will gradually relax. Pilling after friction is a normal occurrence, but the pilling situation of our products is better than similar products on the market.

Q: Will your cashmere sweaters shrink?

A: Our cashmere sweaters undergo pre-shrinking treatment before leaving the factory, so the shrinkage after the first wash is minimal.

Q: Will your cashmere sweaters contain harmful substances?

A: Our cashmere sweaters comply with China's National Standard GB31701-2015 Class B, and can be worn next to the skin. Each batch undergoes strict quality inspection, so please use them with confidence.

The test results of our product's inspection report are outstanding:

1. Pure Quality

The fiber content of all submitted colors and finished garments is 100% cashmere, with pure composition, fully meeting the quality positioning of first-grade products, ensuring the high-end texture of the product from the source.

2. Safety and Environmental Protection Standards Met

No formaldehyde detected, pH value within the safe range, no odor, and no detectable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes. All safety indicators far exceed national standards, demonstrating a high degree of responsibility towards consumer health.

3. Excellent Durability

Pilling resistance grade reaches 3-4, bursting strength measured at 348kPa (far exceeding the standard of ≥196kPa). Color fastness (wash, perspiration, water, rubbing) for color change and staining both reach grade 4-5, far exceeding the requirements for first-grade products, showcasing excellent durability and wear stability.

4. Precise Process Control

Relaxed shrinkage rate is within the standard range, indicating stable production processes and good shape retention of the garment pattern.
